3 Main reasons.

1 Not eating properly.

The first reason we fall ill is that we are unable to eat properly.
And most people use fried things. Spicy food, and the consumption of cold drinks are making our body weaker day by day, and is pushing us towards disease.

Due to which many people have to leave their family, go out and get helpless, just earn money.
Due to which he is unable to eat, drink properly, and is addicted to outside hotels or fast food. This is the first reason for falling ill.

2 Complete sleeplessness

The second biggest reason is that we fall ill, we are not able to sleep properly. Due to which our digestion works very slowly, and it is not able to provide complete nutrition to the body.

The other big reason for this is that in today’s time 70% of the population of any country lives outside the village just to earn money.
And they do not have to work regularly even at night, due to which they are not able to sleep fully.
And it leaves a deep impact on their health.

3 Not exercising regularly

Our third biggest drawback, because of which we get sick, is that we do not exercise regularly.
Any person refuses to exercise, because he feels it is a waste of time, but let me tell you, if we take this thinking in a positive way, it makes our life brighter and successful. is.
